With a strong focus on professional property management, VCM currently oversees a total of over 1,200 housing units, diligently maintaining and managing each property to the highest standards.

Our story
Vibrant Community Management (VCM) is a certified Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and HUD Affordable Property Management Provider. VCM specialize in managing affordable housing communities across the Bay Area. Our journey began in 1990, and since then, we have embarked on a mission to provide high-quality rental services at affordable prices. Through our dedicated efforts, we have cultivated safe, welcoming communities and provided exceptional support for every resident. What started as a humble beginning has grown into a thriving enterprise, thanks to the hard work, dedication, and unwavering support of our team and community.

To create and sustain vibrant communities for low to moderate income individuals, seniors, and families by providing high-quality affordable housing, economic development and supportive services.

We envision vibrant, safe, diverse communities throughout our region where people of all ages can thrive — Communities free of blight, crime and pollution where involved residents have access to affordable housing, education, healthcare and economic opportunity.
Who we Serve
We serve households throughout the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area, including Oakland, Richmond, Pittsburg, Antioch and beyond. We serve people of all income levels but specialize in serving low and moderate-income families. A large majority of our clients have incomes below 80% of the area median income.
